The New Forester contains approximately 860g of cheese - with each piece approximately 200g whilst the goat cheese is 60G.


  • "Old Winchester" matured for 2 years, Old Winchester is nutty, complex & crystalline.
  • "Oak-Smoked' lightly smoked in the New Forest in very small batches - creamy & delicious.
  • "Garlic & Nettle" a young, well-balanced Hampshire speciality.
  • "Stoney Cross" subtle & earthy in flavour -  smooth & creamy in texture.
  • "St Ella - Mature Goat" a delicious, fudgy little crottin-style goat cheese
