A strong and creamy cheddar from the West Country. Tangy and rich, this extra mature example is a flavour packed classic on any fine cheese board.

Tunworth
Tunworth is Hampshire's own, very British, Camembert – a soft, white-rinded cheese wonderfully reminiscent of its French cousin. Tunworth is made markedly different thanks to the rounded green hills and lush grazing of its rural Hampshire terroir. It's so good, Raymond Blanc called it “the best Camembert in the world”. Tunworth is made entirely by hand – from the first ladle of pasteurised whole cow’s milk to the waxed paper wrap and poplar box packaging. The finished 250g cheese has a soft, thin and wrinkled rind, a rich and earthy mushroom fragrance, and a long-lasting sweet and nutty flavour.

Finest Reserve Stilton
Long Clawson Reserve Blue Stilton is an award winning cheese taking home UK Supreme Champion Cheese at the Global Cheese Awards. It is made in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir by Master Cheesemakers who began crafting cheese over 100 years ago. The stilton is ready at around eight weeks and is crumbly, creamy with a bold and expressive flavour. The perfect Stilton will have the tell-tale blue veins radiating from the centre and a distinctive tangy flavour.

- Try pairing reserve Stilton with sloe gin (yum!), sherry (amontillado or oloroso), stout, a big red or a glass or two of LBV/Vintage port.
Rosary New Forest Fresh Goat - Garlic & Herb - 100g
Pure white, fresh and creamy with zingy garlic & parsley - Rosary is a delicious soft goats cheese. It has an inherent natural acidity and a creamy texture.
- Try with red wines with tannic structure, (Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo, Malbec, Syrah, Tempranillo, Merlot & Sangiovese) to contrast the creamy texture of the Rosary or a Pinot Noir will bring out and complement its fresh and intense taste beautifully. With white, try a Sauvignon Blanc or a crisp dry rose.
