IOW Soft - This outstanding cheese melts in your mouth. It is a soft-rinded cows milk cheese from cheesmaker Rich Hodgson who runs the Isle of Wight Cheese Company. Make sure you leave out of the fridge for a couple of hours to really enjoy this at its best.
IOW Blue - Being naturally rinded, it is covered in green, blue, grey and white moulds. These give the cheese bags of character and the variety of surface moulds that grow on the rind will make it stand out on any cheeseboard. Gets softer and stonger with age.
The cheese has been a multiple medal winner at the World, British and International Cheese Awards, most notably winning Best English Cheese at The World Cheese Awards.
